Let's go Krogering!

Have I mentioned that I really love Kroger? I must have the best one ever because my Kroger has the best, nicest cashiers and is always clean and well-stocked. I LOVE my Kroger!

No pictures today (my helpful husband is home and started putting the groceries away as soon as I brought them in) but I think I did pretty well. I saved $76.16, spent $130.99 and received 2 Catalinas: one for $4 and one for $2, plus a $3 coupon for Johnson and Johnson's which I am going to use to buy more Buddy Bars! Aren't they cute? I got three today- only 9 cents each after my coupons. Perfect size for the shower and they smell great too. My kids were thrilled.

My cupboards are groaning!

No good Valentine's candy deals, so I went over to Food City (which I generally hate) and spent $9.81 (and saved $8.58) on Reese Valentine's Peanut butter cups and two tubes of Lays Stax ($1 each and I can't find at Kroger anymore).

I know I'm over my budget. I keep telling myself I'm not stressing, but honestly I kind of am. I am pleased with my stockpile thus far, but I really feel like I should be doing better. I'm learning the tricks but I always want to do better.
