Dinner menus for the week of 4/26/10

I'm not sure what days we'll have what, but here are the planned dinners for this week:

-Tacos
-Frozen pizzas
-Spaghetti with sauce (no meat)
-Mesquite Boneless, skinless chicken breast, Chicken and garlic noodles, biscuits, and Steamers vegetables
-Waffles w/assorted syrups (maple, blueberry and raspberry)
-Asian helper (beef fried rice)
-Burritos

We love meat in this house, so it's a huge part of our budget. I'm trying hard to reduce our meat intake. This week we'll use ground beef three times (tacos, burritos, and Asian helper) and chicken once. I'll also use up the last of my shredded cheese I bought back in March. I wish I had gotten more cheese. It seemed like so much at the time, but we really love cheese!

I'll probably rotate these around so we don't have meatless meals two nights in a row. Also so we don't have beef (or mexican food) two nights in a row.

Lunches will be Smart Ones for me (since I'm swimming in them!) and sandwiches for my husband and kids. Breakfast will be mostly cereal (we're also swimming in that!).
