Menu planning would probably help, right?

I looked at my annual spending and figured out that I've been averaging about $127.64 (based on how many weeks we've lived this year already). Obviously, I need to do better. Granted, some of that was stockpiling. I've never had so much Tide, Bounce, Barbecue sauce, rice, body wash, conditioner, or Hamburger Helper in my house. But I really think if I want to get the budget down and do this thing up right then I need to have more weeks in which I spent MUCH less than I have been.

So here's the plan for this week. A little late, but whatever.

-Monday:
We had grilled burgers for lunch so for dinner we just had cereal.
-Tuesday:
Barbecue pork loin, salad, cornbread, green beans and rice.
-Wednesday:
Hamburger Helper Beef fried rice, salad.
-Thursday:
Pasta with sauce, salad, and homemade garlic bread.
-Friday:
Grilled chicken seasoned w/Italian dressing, mixed vegetables, homemade bread and rice.
-Saturday:
Hamburger Helper Cheesy Potatoes, cucumber slices and bread.
-Sunday:
Hamburger Helper Chicken Fried rice, cucumber slices.

I know it's very Hamburger Helperish, but that's what I have right now. The purpose of having this stuff is to have meals I can make at the cheapest possible cost. Right?

I'm hoping for a good meat sale next week. My freezer is looking very empty. I'm also hoping for a good frozen dinner sale because I'm getting kind of low. I'm also getting low on cereal. Well, we still have about three boxes, but that seems kind of low!
