Staying out of stores

This morning I sat down to write a grocery list for this week and...seriously I'm having a really hard time. I guess I've crossed some imaginary line in my head. I've seriously said to myself, "I can't see paying $2 a box for Fiber One Bars". I LOVE Fiber One bars, but I just can't do it.

I shopped a little a few days ago, but nothing in the stores is thrilling my soul. I'll probably have to pick up some meat and soda soon, but not much else. I guess it's good that I'm saving money, right?


Walgreens- $3.65

Not usually a Walgreens shopper, but I couldn't pass that up. I got back a $2 RR too!


CVS- $3.93

Another mistake...I meant to get two conditioners and I got one conditioner and one shampoo. Ugh. Anyway, I'm sure it will be used. I got a $3 ECB for buying these, so basically all I paid is tax. I'm sure this ECB will be used.





Kroger- $71.53

I saved $66.46. Not great, but 51% is not bad.
