Kroger, CVS, and a great mail day!

I went Krogering yesterday and didn't get a chance to get a picture before my husband helpfully put everything away. Can't complain about that I guess!

Anyway, here's what I got:

-2 boxes Frosted Cheerios
-6 Totinos Party Pizzas
-2 Betty Crocker Fruitsnacks
-1 Kroger Sliced Mozzarella
-2 Banquet Sausage links
-1 Orville Redenbacher Microwave Cheddar Cheese popcorn
-5 12pk. Diet Dr. Pepper ($2 each after sale and coupon)
-1 Smuckers ice cream topping
-1 Frenchs sauce
-6 Yoplait Yogurt ($0.45 each after coupons)
-Kroger Dogfood
-Magic Shell Ice cream topping
-4 Oscar Meyer Lunchmeat
-Fresh expressions salad ($0.55 after coupon)
-Bakery buns
-2 Pepperidge Farm Mint Milano cookies
-Liquid Plumber
-Lays Stax
-2 packs Discount pork ribs ($1.79/lb)
-3 packs Boneless, skinless chicken breast
-1 Gallon skim milk
-6 Totino's Pizza rolls

My total was $84.15. According to my receipt I saved 45% ($64.38).

Today I went to CVS. I do have a picture from this trip:

-2 Windex Multi-Purpose ($2.50 each)
-2 Ziploc Sandwich bags ($2.50 each)
-2 Gummy Sharks (clearance at $0.40 each)
-1 Caramel Nips ($0.88)
-1 Huge Pantene Conditioner (clearance 50% off- $3.99)
-1 Tums Ultra ($3.79)
-1 Betty Crocker Warm Delights ($0.88)

I used:
-$1/1 Peelie off the Pantene
-$4/$20 CVS Coupon
-$1/2 Ziploc Sandwich bags
-$2/1 Any Pantene CVS Coupon (which made the HUGE Pantene only $0.99 after the two coupons!)
-$0.50/1 Betty Crocker Warm Delights ($0.38 for this!)
-$1/1 Windex
-$1/1 Windex
-$2.97 in ECB's

My total was $8.45 after tax. I received $6 in ECB's back ($5 for buying $10 of SC Johnson products and $1 for the Tums). I'll also submit the receipt to SC Johnson for an additional $5 rebate on the Windex and plastic bags.

In the mail I got:
-$1/1 Coupon for DiGornio Deep Dish Pizza
-$10 Rebate from Kraft (!)
-Free Trial Size Secret Clinical Strength

I decided to put the money I get from rebates back into the annual budget. That seems fair, right? Maybe if I start doing better next year I'll just put the rebate funds into our vacation fund!

Total spent: $92.60
Total spent in 2010: $3077.12
Remaining annual balance: $2122.88
Rebate Money Received: $10
Remaining annual balance with rebates received:$2132.88
